About Me

I grew up in the Hudson Valley of New York and later relocated to Florida.

For over 15 years, I have been dedicated to assisting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and personal growth. I bring a neurodivergent-informed perspective to my therapy practice—one shaped by lived experience and a deep respect for individuality. My work focuses on recognizing strengths, resilience, and the many ways people think, feel, and move through the world. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel understood, supported, and empowered.

I truly enjoy providing virtual therapy, which allows for flexibility and comfort. You may occasionally hear my French bulldog, Henri, snorting or snoring in the background—a small reminder that therapy doesn’t have to feel rigid or intimidating. I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels approachable, genuine, and human.

Outside of my work, I enjoy practicing yoga, spending time at the beach or on the water, traveling, and discovering new destinations and cuisines. I value time with friends and family and have a strong passion for thrifting—especially furniture and art. I enjoy building, creating, and repurposing items, as well as engaging in home renovation projects.

I strive to live a halfway holistic lifestyle, prioritizing non-toxic living methods and incorporating natural ingredients when possible. Above all, I believe in practicing moderation and balance—both in life and in the therapeutic process.

I believe therapy can be transformative, and my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, valued, and understood. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, celebrate your strengths, and navigate challenges with compassion and guidance.

We’ll explore challenges and develop strategies that feel meaningful and aligned with your values. My approach is flexible and inclusive, tailored to your unique needs, and grounded in collaboration, empathy, and judgment-free communication.

Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating—it can be a space for growth, insight, and real connection. I strive to make each session authentic, approachable, and focused on what matters most to you.

Education

I completed my undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at New Paltz, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Subsequently, I pursued my Master of Social Work degree at Adelphi University in Long Island, New York.
